State & Place Items

  • Care for Destination Boards

    To clean and care for your Destination board, simply hand wash it in warm water and soap. Allow it to air dry by resting the board on its edge before your next use. 

    Our Destination Series has a lacquer finish, so they clean up easily and require no oiling or conditioning.  

    We do not recommend soaking any of our boards in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board. 

  • Care for A Slice of Life

    To clean and care for your A Slice of Life board, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow the board to air dry by resting it on its edge before your next use.  

    Our A Slice of Life Series has a lacquer finish, so they clean up easily and require no oiling or conditioning.  

    We do not recommend soaking any of our boards in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board. 

  • Care for Puzzle Coasters

    To clean and care for your Puzzle Coasters, simply wash with warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    The Puzzle Coasters have a lacquer finish, so they clean easily and do not require oiling or conditioning.  

    Avoid soaking the coasters in water or placing them in the dishwasher.  

  • Care for Rock & Branch® Shiplap Series

    To clean and care for your Shiplap board, simply wash with warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    Our Shiplap Series has a lacquer finish, so they clean up easily and require no oiling or conditioning. 

    We do not recommend soaking any of our boards in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board. 

  • Care for State Boards with Colorful UV Artwork

    To clean and care for your board, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    Our UV State Boards have a lacquer finish and do not require conditioning or oil.  

    We do not recommend soaking any of our boards in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board.

Bamboo Items

  • Care for Bamboo Cutting Boards

    To clean and care for your bamboo cutting board, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow it to air dry by resting it on its edge before your next use. 

    Bamboo cutting boards without a food-safe lacquer benefit from periodic conditioning, so we recommend treating your new board with our Revitalizing Oil. Spread the oil to coat the surface of your board, let it sit overnight, then wipe away any remaining oil before use. Repeat this process about once a month or whenever your cutting board looks dry.  

    If your bamboo board is not one of the item types listed below, it will benefit from occasional maintenance with our Revitalizing Oil. The following bamboo cutting boards have a food-safe lacquer and do not require conditioning or oil:

    We do not recommend soaking any of our bamboo cutting boards in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board. 

  • Care for Bamboo Cooking Utensils

    Our 5-Piece Bamboo Cooking Utensil Set (SKU #: 20-2069) and TB Home® 10-Piece Cooking Utensil Set (SKU #: 20-2491) are dishwasher safe.  

    All bamboo cooking utensils benefit from periodic conditioning, so we recommend treating your new utensils with our Revitalizing Oil. Spread the oil to coat the surface of the utensils, let it sit overnight, then wipe away any remaining oil before use. Repeat this process about once a month or whenever your utensils look dry.  

    Our premium “Lambootensil” bamboo utensils are not dishwasher safe. To clean, simply hand wash them with warm water and soap. Allow the utensils to air dry before your next use.  

    The Lambootensils have a food-safe lacquer that makes them easy to clean and require no oiling or conditioning. 

    We do not recommend soaking any of our Lambootensils in water or placing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the utensil. 

  • Care for Bamboo Flatware

    Our reusable bamboo flatware, including forks, spoons, knives and drinking straws, are all dishwasher safe.

  • Care for Bamboo Dish Racks

    To clean and care for your dish rack, simply hand wash in warm water and soap. Allow it to air dry before your next use.  

    To avoid mold, we recommend that you dry your bamboo or wooden dish rack between uses. Avoid leaving your dish racks sitting in a wet drain board or storing them in a damp location, like under the sink.

  • Care for Bamboo Drawer Organizers

    To clean and care for your drawer organizer, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow it to air dry before your next use.  

    Please avoid soaking any of our drawer organizers in water or washing them in the dishwasher.

  • Care for Bamboo Lazy Susans

    To clean and care for your Lazy Susan, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow it to air dry before your next use.  

    Avoid soaking any of our Lazy Susans in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage them.

  • Care for Bamboo Salad Hands

    To clean and care for your Salad Hands, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    Our bamboo Salad Hands (SKU #: 20-2054) do not have a lacquer finish and could benefit from periodic oiling. We recommend using our Revitalizing Oil to condition your salad hands about once a month or whenever they look dry. Simply coat the surface with oil, let it sit overnight, then wipe away any remaining oil before use.

  • Care for Bamboo Salt Cellars

    To clean and care for your salt cellars, simply hand wash with warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    We do not recommend submerging any of our salt cellars in water or washing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the salt cellar.

Baltique® Items

  • Care for Baltique®

    To keep the color looking brand new on your Baltique® utensils, handwash them in warm water after each use and let them air dry. Avoid soaking them in water or using them for frying as this could damage them.    

    Avoid placing your Baltique® items in the dishwasher or submerging them in water for prolonged periods of time as this could cause the colored birch wood to split.

Acacia Wood Items

  • Care for Acacia Wood Cutting Boards

    To clean and care for your acacia wood cutting board, simply hand wash it in warm water and soap. Allow the board to air dry by resting it on its edge before your next use.  

    Wood cutting boards without a food-safe lacquer benefit from periodic conditioning, so we recommend treating your new board with our Revitalizing Oil. Spread the oil to coat the surface of your board, let it sit overnight, then wipe away any remaining oil before use. Repeat this process about once a month or whenever your cutting board looks dry.  

    Our Rock & Branch® Acacia Charcuterie Board with Cheese Slicer (SKU #: 20-8601) and our Rock & Branch® Shiplap Series have a food-safe lacquer and do not require conditioning or oil.  

    We do not recommend soaking any of our acacia cutting boards in water or placing them in the dishwasher as this could damage the board.

  • Care for Acacia Wood Cooking Utensils

    To clean and care for your acacia wood cooking utensils, simply hand wash them in warm water and soap. Allow them to air dry before your next use.  

    Wood cooking utensils benefit from periodic conditioning, so we recommend treating your new cooking utensils with our Revitalizing Oil.     We do not recommend soaking any of our salad hands or washing them in the dishwasher.
