Q&A

How thick is the spatula at the top of it? I would like to use it for turning over my crepes! The length of this tool would be great if it was slim at the end of it
The spurtle's leading edge is about 1/32" thick while the majority of the blade is about 1/4" thick. Knowing how thin and delicate crepes are, this is probably not the best tool to use for flipping them.
